VeVe Auto-Pay is a system that allows you to pay for a waitlist purchase even if you're not available when the waitlist closes.
How does Auto-Pay work?
After joining the waitlist for a VeVe drop, you'll be able to choose the option to toggle "Auto-Pay", assuming you have sufficient Gems to pay for the purchase should you be successful if selected once the waitlist period finishes.
Once the Waitlist period is complete, if you're selected for the drop and have sufficient Gems in your account, your purchase will happen automatically with no intervention needed from you.
What happens if I enable Auto-Pay but don’t have enough Gems when the purchase is attempted?
The system will notify you that you have insufficient Gems and provide a "Buy Now" button for manual purchase.
Can I turn off Auto-Pay after the waitlist closes?
No, Auto-Pay settings are locked once the waitlist is closed.
Will I be notified if Auto-Pay fails due to a technical issue?
Yes, you will receive an error message and the option to manually complete the purchase if editions remain.
What happens if I leave the waitlist?
Auto-Pay will automatically be disabled.
Does Auto-Pay guarantee my purchase?
No, Auto-Pay only ensures the purchase is attempted if you are selected and have enough Gems AND being selected in the waitlist.
