Why isn't a collectible available in my region?

Some collectibles can only be purchased by users in some regions - here's why. Most of our collectibles are globally available. Some can only be sold in specific regions, due to the requirements of their licensors. For example, the Adventure Time and Powerpuff Girls collectibles can only be sold in China. The Ultraman series can only be sold outside of Japan and Mainland China. If you believe your VeVe account does not accurately reflect where you legally reside, please submit a ticket with Customer Support to request that your country is updated.

Why can't I transfer collectibles to another user?

In order to prevent fraud and make VeVe fairer for all collectors, the ability to transfer collectibles and comics between users has been removed. VeVe was built for collectors by collectors, so we get as frustrated as you when we see bad actors keeping coveted pieces out of the hands of passionate fans. With the recent uptick in activity despite disabling Gem transfers and announcing KYC, it is even more clear that the brazen attempts to manipulate our drops and secondary market needs to be met with more drastic measures.
