How do I log in to VeVe?

In order to log in to your VeVe account, you will need to have the VeVe App installed on your iOS or Android device first, or you can use the web app at https://www.veve.me/en. You will need an email address you can access for opening confirmation, password reset and security code emails. Note: If you have an authenticator app in use instead of email verification, you'll need to use the security code from your authenticator app to successfully log in - security codes won't be sent by email. You can only create ONE VeVe account per person. To install the mobile app, search "VeVe" in the App Store on your mobile device or click one of the following links: Download the iOS App on the Apple App Store Download the Android App on the Google Play Store Log in to VeVe There are currently multiple ways to log in to VeVe; enter an email address and password in the iOS or Android mobile app or visit the web app at https://www.veve.me/en. Forgotten Password If you've forgotten your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD on the login page of the mobile app or web app. If the password reset email doesn't appear in your inbox, learn how to add veve.me to your email allowlist here. Troubleshooting If you're unable to log in to VeVe, try the following troubleshooting steps: - Wait 60 minutes before trying again (the app will lock you out if you fail to login too many times in a row) - Make sure you're using the LATEST security code you've been sent by email or that has been generated by your authenticator app - in the case of email, check the time of the message, as some mail programs group similar messages together. You can only use each code once. Read more about security codes here. - You only have 2 minutes to enter a security code once it has been requested - You can only request a new code after 30 seconds - Disable any VPN software - Try disabling your WiFi and using mobile data - Completely quit and restart the app - Try using a different device - a friend or family member's phone or computer, for example - to install the VeVe app and login - Try using a completely different WiFi network - perhaps at a friend's house - in case your device is unable to reach the VeVe servers through your own connection. If you're unable to log in after following the steps above, submit a ticket with Customer Support and they can be of further assistance.

Why don't I receive the security code email when logging in?

When you log in or use a VeVe feature that requires additional authentication you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit one-time security code (previously called OTP or 2FA - two-factor authentication) process is automatic and protects user accounts with an additional layer of security. It can't be turned off or disabled for specific users. This code is sent to the email address associated with your VeVe account. If you aren't receiving the email, there are several troubleshooting steps you need to take before contacting support. - Please wait 60 minutes before trying again: You may have been locked out for trying too many times in a short period. - Check that your account email address is correct: It's easy to get your VeVe email address wrong, especially if you have more than one account. Make sure you're trying to request a security code for the right email address (check your email address history for your VeVe signup confirmation emails to be sure you're using the right account). - Use the correct authentication method: It is important to note, that if you have an authenticator app in use instead of email verification, you'll need to use the security code from your authenticator app to successfully log in - you won't receive the code by email. - Check your junk mail/spam folders: Check the junk mail or spam folders in your email software for an email from no-reply@veve.me with the subject "Your Security Code". - Check your forwarding rules: If you have forwarding turned on, you may need to turn off the option to delete the original copy. For Gmail, for example, in the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab, we recommend that you choose the option to Keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox - Whitelist the VeVe email addresses:  The following is a list of email domains VeVe uses for email notifications: - @veve.me - @vevemail.me - @ecomi.com Add the email domains vevemail.me and veve.me to your contacts and "whitelist" or "allowlist" the email address with your mail provider. For example: - Gmail: https://downtimemonkey.com/blog/how-to-whitelist-an-email-address-in-gmail.php - iCloud: https://www.whitelist.guide/icloud/ - Hotmail: https://www.ipserverone.info/knowledge-base/how-to-whitelist-or-blacklist-email-address-in-hotmail/ - Check with your ISP / IT administrator: Check that your ISP or your company IT software is not blocking or marking the 2FA emails as spam. If you have tried all of these steps to no avail, you can log a ticket with Customer Support. We'll confirm you have followed all of these steps before trying other options.

How do I reset my password?

Changing your VeVe password is relatively straightforward, but it's important to make sure you do it properly and use a strong, unique password that can't be easily guessed. Do you really need to change your password? If you're trying to log in and having trouble, it may be because you've been locked out after too many login attempts. Here are some login tips, just in case: - Wait an hour and try to log in again. You may have been locked out temporarily for trying too many times - Make sure you're using the LATEST security code you've been sent by email or have generated using your authenticator app - in the case of email, check the time of the message, as some mail programs group similar messages together. You can only use each code once. - Make sure you type in your email address and password, don't paste them from anywhere else. Make sure there are no spaces in either. - Try disabling your VPN, or switching from WiFi to mobile data (or vice versa) Still need to change your password? Follow these steps. Please read our guide on choosing a secure password here. Step-by-step Instructions Important: When you request a password reset from the app, you MUST leave the app open, on the password reset screen, when you switch to your email and tap the link. If the app is closed, or on another screen, it won't work. Steps 1. Open the VeVe app on your phone 2. If logged in, first select "Logout" from the settings menu 3. Tap the "Sign In" button 4. Tap the "Forgot Password" link 5. Type in your email address when prompted - don't paste it from another app, and make sure there are no spaces. 6. Leave the app on the password reset screen and switch to your phone's mail app. 7. Check your email for the password reset link on your phone (this is important). You might need to look in your spam or junk mail folders if you can't find the email. You must open the latest password reset email - older emails won't work 8. Tap the password reset link in the email (on your phone) 9. Once you are back in the VeVe app, enter a new password. Here are some password tips: - Don't reuse an old password - Don't use a password you use elsewhere - Use a mix of numbers, letters and symbols - don't include any recognisable words or dates You should then be able to log in with your new password.

Why can't I log in to the VeVe Web Application?

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue accessing the web app (https://www.veve.me/en). It is important to note, if you have an authenticator app in use instead of email verification, you'll need to use the security code from your authenticator app in this instance to successfully log in.  When a security code submission on the web app does not succeed, or if your 'Confirm' button is not responding, this is usually because the email or password was entered incorrectly. - We recommend resetting your password and trying again. Make sure it's a password you haven't used before, and it should include a special character (i.e. @, $, *, !).  Please try resetting your password, even if you know it's correct. Also make sure to log out of all other active sessions (including your phone and/or tablet apps) before attempting to log into the web app again (via the incognito or private mode on your browser). Before trying again, please make sure you: - Disable any VPN software - Disable your Wi-Fi and try using mobile data (if using a phone) - Uninstall and Re-install the VeVe app (clearing cache and data in the process) - Try multiple browsers (on both PC/tablet and phone) - Clear each browser's cache, cookies, and remove any browser extensions before reloading and trying again - Try a completely different computer/device and internet connection Trying on a completely different device and internet connection will allow you to narrow down if the issue is due to your device or your internet connection. If you have followed all of the above steps and are still experiencing an issue, please submit a ticket with Customer Support so we may be of further assistance.
